Self defence classes

Taking a TaeKwon-Do class ticks a lot of boxes..

You will be learning the traditional TaeKwon-Do techniques from a 7th Dan Black Belt, Master Russell Dennis, with many years of experience. You will learn self defence moves, discipline and a traditional Korean martial art. The training will keep you fit and healthy, and give your whole body a good workout. The people you train with are a friendly bunch so you will have some fun while you train.

With classes in Dorking, Cheam, Epsom and Stoneleigh, hopefully you’ll find a class near you. Come and watch a lesson, join in and see if you like it. We look forward to welcoming you.


From Monday 17th May, lessons will restart more fully in Cheam, Dorking and Redhill.

Some COVID regulations and restrictions are still in place.
